Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions within our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, managing company assets, and handling procurement of all necessary facility equipment and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse performance.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse administration, operations support, or facility management, preferably in retail/wholesale or distribution business.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, asset management, and procurement practices.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


• Able to work 6 days /week


• Able to work at Wang-Noi, Ayuthaya area, and Bangna, Samutprakan area.
