Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing operations. This is a full-time position based in Ayutthaya, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team and optimising our inventory and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with management to strategically plan and maximize warehouse storage utilization.
2. Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring strict adherence to Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts to achieve 100% stock accuracy, delivering detailed stocktaking reports to management.
4. Oversee regular maintenance of all equipment—including racks, hand lifts, forklifts, and office devices—to uphold operational safety and efficiency.
5. Prepare and present comprehensive warehouse performance and operational reports to upper management, highlighting key issues and data-driven insights.
6. Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
7. Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
8. Utilize SAP for goods receipt, goods issue, and delivery notes for both standard and repair products.
9. Manage the RMA process and provide support to the service team.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or management role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and implement effective solutions
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Proficient in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
5. Thorough understanding of warehouse safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
7. Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
