Position Objective

To lead and manage warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role aims to ensure optimal inventory control, timely distribution, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting the overall supply chain and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Manager

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
  • Develop and implement effective warehouse processes to maximise productivity and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production and sales demands.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with company and legal regulations.
  • Manage warehouse staff: assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team development.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Use ERP or WMS systems to track inventory and generate reports.
  • Analyse warehouse data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure all goods are stored properly and documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Conduct regular audits to prevent losses and maintain stock accuracy.

Job Qualifications: Warehouse Manager

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Skill :

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and legal compliance related to warehouse operation

Language Proficiency:

  • English:

  • Listening: Good

  • Reading: Good
  • Speaking: Good
  • Writing: Good

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
