• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.


• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions.


• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services to maximize sales opportunities.


• Prepare sales materials, quotations, and presentations as needed.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company offerings to provide accurate information and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding company policies and brand standards.


• Follow up on leads and close deals independently as skills develop.


• Liaise between the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.


• Track sales performance and provide weekly reports to the MD.


• Relay customer feedback to improve products/services.


• Research local market trends and competitor activities.


• Suggest innovative strategies to enhance sales outreach.


• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.


• Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
