Responsibilities
  • Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Deliver clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, or prototypes that solve customer needs and complex requirements.
  • Acquire a solid understanding of design systems.
  • Tell stories using both words and visuals to communicate your optimal decisions in design.
  • Apply strong design logic and problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges and optimize user workflows.
  • Clearly communicate your design ideas, rationale, and concepts to team members.
  • Understand for user behaviors, preferences, and pain points to design solutions that are customer-centric.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team to ensure that design decisions align with product goals and user needs.
  • Conduct an user research both Qualitative and Quantitative and prepare user testing stuff.
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in UX/UI design or digital product design.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design or digital product design with a real case portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with human-centered design and scrum framework e.g. product backlog, sprint review, squad development.
  • Experiences in building data-driven products, chatbots, customer service design, service operation design or chat related products.
  • Pay attention to small detail, and passionate for creating meaningful impacts for user.
  • Strong logical design skill and critical thinking skills.
  • Champion in working and documentation tools such as Figma and Notion and deliver qualified design for development team.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and multi-project management.
  • Qualitative and Quantitative research skill such as user experience or data driven base for design solution.
  • Happy with "why" discussion.
  • Good English communication skills
