Job Purpose

Discover, develop, and launch premium learning products tailored for SME business owners. The ultimate goal is to elevate learners from "Streetfighter" to "Strategic Executive," while driving sustainable business growth and profitability for Eddu.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Opportunity Discovery

  2. Conduct market analysis to identify market size, trends, competitive gaps, and emerging opportunities.

  3. Generate deep customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand real pain points of Streetfighter SMEs.
  4. Design business models and new product concepts (programs/courses/services).

  5. Build long-term strategies and create a clear growth roadmap for Xseries.

  6. Product Development & Launch

  7. Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to market launch (project management).

  8. Build financial models, manage budgets, and ensure commercial viability.
  9. Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns.

  10. Track performance and present product success metrics to management.

  11. Stakeholder & Partner Management

  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (top-tier speakers, industry experts, SME associations).

  13. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.

  14. Establish clear internal workflows and SOPs to support seamless hand-off to Operations.

  15. Existing Product Lifecycle Management

  16. Analyze performance of existing Xseries products (sales, feedback, engagement).

  17. Identify new customer segments or channels to unlock growth.
  18. Manage product lifecycle including updates, relaunch, and sunset plans.
  19. Strengthen value proposition and refine product messaging.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Strategy, or Program Development
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking; able to turn insights into product decisions
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development and cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, high-ownership, and passionate about building impactful products for SMEs

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Location: Abdulrahim Place (MRT Silom | BTS Saladaeng)
