Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will define, launch, and manage the success of our products, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, sales, and marketing, to drive the product vision and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and oversee product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and manage product requirements documents and specifications.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and product performance data to make informed improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to ensure product goals are met.
  • Provide ongoing product support and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Identify, allocate, and manage resources, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the CTO and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with China-based products and teams is required.
  • Background in business, marketing, blockchain technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong familiarity with product management methodologies and tools, particularly Agile.
  • Experience with digital products and a solid understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Highly preferred: Candidates with a background in Quality Assurance (Software Testing) looking to transition into product management.
  • Strong project management skills, including time tracking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with prototyping, user journey mapping, and service design is highly desired.
  • A strong product mindset with a focus on delivering incremental value.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
