Position: Quality Engineer

Work Location: Bangbor, Samutprakarn

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  2. 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in automotive or OEM industries.
  3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  4. Familiar with 7 QC tools, FMEA, and APQP systems.
  5. Strong understanding of quality management principles.
  6. Good command of English (speaking and writing).

Job description:


•Acting as the main representative for customer communication regarding product quality issues, 4M changes, and customer requests.

•Improve production quality to meet targets and customer requirements.

•Collaborate internally to analyze root causes and explain to customers.

•Support customer audits and follow-up improvements.

•Coordinate with R&D and APQP teams during new model launches.

•Responsible for in-house quality by to leader in problem solving, monitoring and improvement to support company.

•To co-ordinate with internally and customer for smooth and complete for process change control.
