QUALIFICATION:

·   Master degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physics, Mathematics, Or at least 20 years of experience in similar duty and manufacturing industry.

·   At least one training record in Manufacturing Industry

·   Can use the basic measurement device

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

·   English excellent

·   Knowledge in IPC standard is a plus

·   Abilities in statistical techniques and Knowledge ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 or similar

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Develop, implement and assess activities in order to continuously achieve and improve company's product quality

1.1  Create and update product PFMEA and Control plan with departments concerned to insure that all control document necessary and equipment will be available for production.

1.2  Conduct inspection and testing of product through Manufacturing operators inspection instructions, Control report, control card, internal FAI document support for QC inspectors, QA Engineers or through subcontractors.

1.3  Ensure that quality records and reports provided by QC inspectors are accurate data.

1.4  Ensure that internal inspection report needing other department approvals are getting approved timely.

1.5  Interact with relevant section concerned to solve product quality issues encounter and obtain continual improvement of quality performance.

1.6  Ensure that 5M changes are timely informed and assessed with relevant teams for impact validation either internal or external.

2.Reach customers satisfaction of product and services conformity to their expectations

2.1  - Coordinate with 2nd party audit and notify relevant section concerned.

- Realignment the audit schedule in particular of escorted. Audit room & place, timing, auditor and audited.

2.2 Report external audit results to relevant persons concerned.

2.3  Provide timely answers to any customer feedback related to product quality and verify effectiveness of related actions.

2.4  Follow any returned or recalled product from customer.

3.Command, Control and development the subordinate

3.1  Provide training and competence development as company required.

3.2  Conduct the Subordinate performance evaluation

3.3  Follow employees leaves approval and OT requests. Solve any case of conflict.

4.Other job assigned

4.1  Carry out activities as command level informed.
