Accounting Specialist

Maxbit Digital Asset Co., Ltd is a start up under the joint venture of PTG Energy Limited. The company operates as a Digital Asset broker with an Official License and is fully regulated by Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We offer secure and user-friendly cryptocurrency trading platform. With our strong fundamentals, Maxbit targets to expand in the Thai cryptocurrency business landscape in the near future.

Position: Accounting Specialist

• Perform complex reconciliations and analyses of financial transactions, utilizing the best available reconciliation tools and methods.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, errors, and irregularities, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide complete reconciliation data to support accounting records, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust reconciliation processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Reconcile digital assets and revenue accounts.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and disclosure and ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax, and other relevant regulations.
• Support in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as required by external auditors.
• Respond effectively to ad hoc assignments as requested by the Head of Accounting.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Average communication and written in English skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• interest in cryptocurrency is a plus
