MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Provide hardware and software support for GEPT/GEPM users.
· Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure system functionality.
· Set up and maintain meeting room equipment.
· Prepare IT equipment for new employees and handle offboarding for resigning staff, including:
- Laptop setup (email accounts, VPN access, printers, and required programs)
- Fingerprint registration
- Laptop inspection and configuration
- Data and email account backup
· Manage and control the IT budget for GEPT/GEPM.
· Create, manage, and update user accounts according to job roles.
· Conduct verification of IT fixed assets for GEPT/GEPM.
· Renew and manage software licenses such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Antivirus, Fujifilm printer, domains, and website maintenance.
· Prepare memos, TR, and TC.
· Record and regularly update user data.
· Monitor, update, and maintain the company website.
· Manage IT assets including hardware, software, and printers.
· Identify and assess IT-related risks to ensure compliance and security.
· Administer and ensure security of servers, including regular monitoring, patching, data backup, and access control management.
· Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Have full working rights for Thailand.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
· At least 2 years of direct experience in IT Support or relevant position.
· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication ability.
· Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
· In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
· Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
· Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage.
· Good written and spoken English.
