WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Product Owner (Management level)" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Product Owner (Management level), Khlong Toei, Bangkok.

Key Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for the growth of company's digital platforms including Aeon mobile application, Aeon website, etc.
  • Deeply understand customer's needs and company's businesses together with researching the market and competitors to determine which features to be included in the platforms.
  • Provide product ownership, from requirement collecting, designing, delivering, tracking, and analyzing for new initiatives and ongoing product and service improvement.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, especially business team, to come up with the Business Requirement Document and to be center of product feature development to deliver the product on time with the best customer experience.
  • Leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product owner, product management, and project management
  • Have working experience in Banking and Financial company and eKYC development is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of Mobile app ecosystems, business strategies, and industry benchmarking.
  • Strong knowledge in project management, financial product, and mobile application development.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset and knowledge of business process analysis.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and excellent analytical, time management, problem solving, and people skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings, multi-task and lead various work streams concurrently
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
