Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Fulcrum Global's B2B sales channel network across international markets.
  • Collaborate with third-party property agencies to market and sell the Group's projects, including Noble Development's portfolio, to global investors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for sales partners, providing training, support, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Plan and execute sales events, assist in negotiations, and drive deal closures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management review.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, or Account Management (real estate experience a plus).
  • Fluent in English plus at least one of the following: Russian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Arabic.
  • Proven sales acumen with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a track record of managing B2B partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Welcome native speaker

Prior exposure to real estate sales or cross-cultural business environments is advantageous.
