Job Description:

  • Help ensure maximization of net profit and return from the assets by involving or influencing in projects or initiatives that could increase incomes or decrease costs and expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance of the assets both in short term and long term, including reviewing of annual budget, KPI, and other matters and initiatives from the management of the assets, then report to EGCO's management and communicate to all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Perform research and ad-hoc analysis for any crucial issues related to the assets including financial model analysis, then report to EGCO's management and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Help ensure proper controllability over the assets by assisting representation directors in reviewing of the board of director's meeting agenda, and ensure that any EGCO's action is in compliance with shareholder agreement and table of authority of the assets as well as laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate, manage, and prepare relevant information and data of the assets with internal and external counterparts.
  • Maintain good relationship with key personnel of the assets including other shareholders.
  • Perform all tasks in supporting of the assets /work.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in power business or large infrastructure business or financial institutions with experience in investment, project development, project management or asset management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Good command of English /TOEIC over 650.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting and law.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of contract management and business management.
  • Knowledge of variety of business practices.
