About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sahamit Machinery Public Company Limited. In this full-time position based in Bangpakong, Chachoengsao, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems to meet the required industry standards
  2. Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
  3. Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures to improve processes
  4. Analyse quality data and provide detailed reports to management on quality trends and improvement opportunities
  5. Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to optimise quality control procedures
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies
  7. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the manufacturing or production industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  5. Working knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
  6. Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
