Job Description:

  • Monitor the operations of maintenance staff and evaluate their work performance.
  • Prepare daily summary reports on nonconformities, and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  • Review discrepancies and maintenance requests, ensure proper corrections are made, and follow up on outstanding nonconformities.
  • Attend meetings with supervisors to report and recommend corrective and preventive measures for issues under responsibility.
  • Design, develop, and modify machines to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, IQC, QA, QC) to reduce nonconforming parts in manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and propose improvements to meet departmental targets.
  • Assign, guide, and advise subordinates on operational tasks.
  • Support subordinates in skill development and adaptability to changing job responsibilities.
  • Maintain and repair machines implemented in the division.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Training programs for new employees after start working :

  • Program, modify, and maintain PLC/HMI using GX Works2/3, GT Designer, and SFC.
  • Maintain machine communication (Ethernet, RS-485, Modbus) and integrate with IoT/SCADA.
  • Diagnose and repair sensors, actuators, wiring, and control systems.
  • Maintain/update electrical schematics, PLC, HMI, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fair command of English (TOEIC score not required).
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
