QC Inprocess Staff (FDB Unit)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Application Deadline: Open until filled

Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling quality issues, including daily and monthly problems in the production line, and preparing related reports.
  • Follow up on root causes and corrective actions to achieve the division's target and policy.
  • Lead improvement and cost reduction activities for scrap reduction and quality issues related to customer complaints, following the 8D (Eight Disciplines) Report process.
  • Monitor in-line production data and SPC (Statistical Process Control) data to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with concerned persons both inside and outside the division to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering or related fileld
  • Able to working under high pressure / good positive thinking and Leadership
  • Able to work Cleanroom and chemical area with no cosmatic make up
  • Good relation / communicate and analytical system require
  • Good command of English both writing and speaking
  • Able Microsoft office and minitab is good
