Job Purpose

  • As a Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendor relationships. You will perform procurement activities across multiple spend categories, identify cost-saving opportunities, and secure more profitable supplier agreements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute end-to-end purchasing activities — including RFP, RFQ, and price summarization — for indirect materials, CAPEX, and business services, covering bid evaluation and supplier selection.
  • Work closely with internal business stakeholders (e.g., Engineering , Account , Finance ) to understand their needs and align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier research, and spend analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Identify and build partnership with key suppliers.
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Deliver targeted cost saving , cost avoidance , OTIF.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering , supply chain management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of working experiences or above in procurement / purchasing in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Supply management
  • Knowledge of P2P Process  and E-Procurement
  • Knowledge in SAP / Oracle or the other ERPs.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • Interpersonal skill.

Work Location:Amphawa, Samut Songkhram

Workday: Monday-Friday (Week 2 & 4 Saturday) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
