Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary liaison with customers, ensuring seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including production planning, logistics, and sales—to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare and manage essential sales documents to assist Senior Sales, including quotations, business correspondence, sales reports, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business meetings and company representation 1-3 times a year.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
