We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to oversee the safe, efficient, and successful execution of flight operations. This role requires close coordination with clients, service providers, local authorities, flight crews, and VIPs to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours is required. Frequent travel is expected.


Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange, plan, coordinate, and directly supervise all activities related to assigned flight operations.
  • Manage the execution of flights across the region, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
  • Liaise with vendors to secure required services, including ground handling, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Act as the primary contact with local authorities, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues, changes, or client requests to ensure fast resolution.
  • Review, consolidate, and prepare client invoices following the completion of supervised flights.
  • Make informed decisions to balance completing priorities and deliver the best service to clients.
  • Work independently under time-sensitive operational constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service is required.
  • Background in aviation, hospitality, or tourism is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365).
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours is required.
  • Frequent travel is required.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
