Training Coordination & Logistics

  • Plan and schedule training sessions in coordination with internal teams and country contacts.
  • Manage participant communication, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
  • Prepare training materials, update documentation, and ensure proper version control.
  • Organize training logistics, including virtual meeting setup, venue booking, registration, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate training records in the system.

Training Delivery Support

  • Support trainers during virtual and in-person training sessions, including demonstrations and Q&A facilitation.
  • Co-facilitate selected training sessions based on expertise and operational knowledge.
  • Provide basic support to participants regarding system navigation and training-related inquiries.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across all sessions.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Track training attendance, completion rates, and participant engagement.
  • Compile feedback and support training evaluation activities to identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain dashboards and summary reports to monitor training progress.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a key contact point within the APAC region for training coordination.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.
  • Basic understanding of freight forwarding systems (e.g., TMS, operations modules).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a trainer, facilitator, or training coordinator.
  • Experience in preparing SOPs, training materials, or user guides.
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country training activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and workflows.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions confidently.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-country environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira).
