The Opportunity: A Path to Mastery

This is not a typical account management nor a digital marketing job. It is a unique, hybrid role for someone who wants to master the intersection of business and marketing. We are looking for a true business partner who understands that marketing is a tool for a single purpose: to make our clients demonstrably more profitable.

You will be the primary strategic leader for a portfolio of clients. Your responsibility is to architect their growth plan, lead the partnership, and own the marketing performance that drives their success. This is a role for a professional who is tired of simply servicing accounts or executing tactical tasks and is ready to take on the responsibility of driving real commercial results.

What You Will Actually Do:

1. Strategic Planning & Goal Setting:

Your first and most important job is to do the deep, analytical work to ensure we have a winning plan. You will:

  • Conduct deep audits of clients' businesses, analyzing their financials (P&L) and past marketing to find the truth.
  • Identify the single "profit anchor" product with the highest potential for profitable growth.
  • Architect a commercially viable promotional and offer strategy.
  • Set realistic, win-win profit goals that the client fully understands and commits to.

2. Client Consulting & Performance Management:

Once the strategy is set, you become the client's primary strategic consultant and the hands-on manager of their success. You will:

  • Build a strong, collaborative partnership, leading the client with confidence and educating them on our process.
  • Be responsible for the daily tactical optimization of live campaigns—analyzing data and making budget allocation decisions to steer performance towards our shared goals.
  • Overseeing the work quality and collaborating with our creative department to ensure our ads are hitting profit targets
  • Act as the firm but professional leader of the partnership, using data to have business-level conversations and protecting the team from chaotic changes that would put the client's profit goals at risk.
