We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Ad Optimizer to join our digital marketing team. The Ad Optimizer will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize performance across multiple platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure achievement of KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Generate performance reports and provide recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with creative and media planning teams to develop data-driven campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. Newly graduates are welcome or minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, or performance marketing.
  3. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, or other programmatic platforms).
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategies.
  5. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools.
  6. Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
  7. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
