UVBGP is a joint venture between UV and B.Grimm Company Power Public Company Limited, each of which holds 55.00% and 45.00% respectively, with the objective of operating a business to invest, develop, manage and operate energy projects. On 21 December 2021, UVBGP invested 100.00% in Eastern Cogeneration Company Limited, resulting in UVBGP indirectly holding 100.00% of shares in SSUT Company Limited and 74.50% of shares in PPTC Company Limited, which both companies operate the Cogeneration Power Plants, which are located at Bang Poo Industrial Estate, Samutprakan province with an installed capacity of 240 megawatts and Lad Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok, with an installed capacity of 120 megawatts, respectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to propose new business models and opportunities in the energy sector to create new sustainable expansion opportunities in Thailand.
  • Collaborate in the development, planning, and analysis of business projects (Business Project Planning and Analysis), business strategies (Business Strategy), financial model analysis (Financial Model Analysis), and feasibility studies (Feasibility Study).
  • Seek and select business opportunities in new projects such as Wind, Solar Rooftop and EV Chargers in line with the company's policies.
  • Develop and implement projects and drive new Wind, Solar Rooftop and EV Charger projects to facilitate the sale of electricity in accordance with the company's policies.
  • Build sustainable business partnerships with both public and private sectors, fostering relationships to enhance business growth.
  • Prepare accurate marketing reports for strategic planning, track progress, and report systematically to management.
  • Study mergers and acquisitions (M&A) both domestically and internationally.
  • financial analysis and construct in-depth financial models to support transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
  • Formulate and execute financial and commercial strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Prepare and oversee the development of pitch decks, client presentations, etc.
  • Support and guide  team members in financial modeling and transaction execution (for higher position).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering ,Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Finance,MBA or related fields.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in developing Wind, Solar Rooftop and EV Charger projects or related work.
  • Experience in business project planning and analysis, business strategy, financial model analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a related financial sector.
  • Relevant experience in the energy industry will be considered a plus.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methods, as well as an overall understanding of energy business strategy development.
  • Basic legal knowledge, including NDAs, PPAs, and land contracts.
