NPI PRODUCTION TRANSITION ENGINEER  2 POSITIONS

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing)
  • At least 7 years of experience in EMS Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of Integration assembly processes, Metal, Plastic, Wiring, and assembly techniques
  • Proficiency in process optimization, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • MS Office and Experience with CAD software is advantageous (Gerber viewer, View mate, CAD, E-drawing)
  • Strong communication skills for technical information sharing and project coordination
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Integration manufacturing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Oversee Trial Builds.

  • Manage trial builds and pre-series transitions to ensure smooth production flow.

  • Organize OPL Resolutions

  • Track, prioritize, and resolve Open Points List (OPL) items effectively.

  • Collaborate with QA and Production Teams

  • Coordinate with QA and production teams to ensure mass production readiness.

  • Conduct Final Compliance Checks

  • Perform final design and quality validation checks on pre-series builds.

  • Develop Improvement Plans

  • Analyze pre-series issues and suggest process or design improvements.

  • Provide Technical Guidance

  • Support production and engineering teams with technical expertise.

  • Monitor Documentation Accuracy

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all pre-series and transition documentation.

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation

  • Identify potential risks in pre-series activities and develop mitigation strategies.
