We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product & Automation Project Manager to drive product development and automation initiatives across multiple business units. This role blends strategic product management with hands-on engineering project execution, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and company goals.

Product Management

  • Shape the direction and success metrics of assigned product lines through market research and client analysis.
  • Manage product portfolios, including internal development roadmaps and external market positioning.
  • Define pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Act as a liaison between R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and clients to guide feature development.
  • Communicate product updates and gather customer feedback to align offerings with market demands.
  • Develop product specifications, target costs, and feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate product launch schedules and monitor progress.
  • Conduct market and trend surveys to inform R&D strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts through promotional activities, materials creation, and customer briefings.
  • Provide technical responses and product solutions to meet global customer requirements and support bid processes.
  • Address general issues promptly and deliver effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep product knowledge.

Automation & Engineering Projects

  • Lead design and development of automation machines and equipment tailored to business unit needs.
  • Calculate project costs and prepare Bills of Materials and Quotations.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure accountability through progress reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet automation targets.
  • Adhere to ISO9000, ISO14000, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardizing automation design guidelines.
