QUALIFICATION:

· Vocational or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or NPI function.

· Computer skill (Microsoft Office, basic test software)

· Knowledge of IPC610 standard

· Basic understand of ISO9001 / IATF16949 system

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Machines/test programs

1.1  Set up programs for quality sampling inspections (Buy off, temperature profile, etc.)

2.Inspection and qualification

2.1  Verify the ERP BOM creation in compliance with customer requirements.

2.2   Conduct the inspection and testing of product samples / prototype in conformance with customer and internal requirements (including applicable standards requirements)

2.3  Ensure that quality record obtain accurate data

2.4  Report the defective rate of sample inspection

3.Management System control

3.1 Control and update the documentation include quality record in accordance with system requirements.

4.Other job assigned

4.1  Carry out activities as command level informed.
