We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Engineer to support the complete transition of customer products into mass production. This role ensures strong technical documentation, efficient production processes, and ongoing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle. You will be the key technical bridge between customers, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality electronic manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Product Ownership

  • Act as the Product Technical Owner for assigned product families across all production stages.
  • Serve as the main technical contact for customers and the local factory.
  • Provide technical input and costing for new quotations and serial production.

Process & Production Support

  • Set up new processes, tools, and fixtures for both new and existing products.
  • Work closely with Production, QC, Test, and Planning teams to optimize parameters and production conditions.
  • Provide first-line technical support to manufacturing and after-sales teams.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Lead NPI activities including MES route creation, production flows, AX routes, and all related data setup.
  • Train production trainers on new products, processes, and engineering changes.
  • Ensure product qualification and validation before mass production.

Documentation & Engineering Control

  • Develop and maintain Work Instructions, FMEA, PPAP, and other production documents.
  • Update procedures for returned products following ECO changes.
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) with both customers and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Improve production layouts, workflows, and manufacturing methods for better efficiency and quality.
  • Create packaging designs and initiate panel designs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across engineering and production processes.
  • Recommend design enhancements for manufacturability and cost efficiency.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure all staff comply with workplace safety rules and receive required training.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on the ERP system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong technical background in electronic products and production processes.
  • Knowledge in component technologies, assembly processes, and time studies.
  • Familiarity with FMEA, PPAP, LEAN, and safety standards.
  • English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 650).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and process discipline.
