What You'll Do:

  • No selling required – Just invite potential clients for in-person consultations at our office
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Go the extra mile to hit monthly targets for calls and appointments (and earn commissions)
  • Accurately record client details in our system
  • Address concerns and maintain our company's stellar reputation
  • Summarize daily and weekly reports to track progress
  • Assist with other tasks that contribute to achieving team goals
  • Responsible for all related tasks which may be assigned
  • Work 5.5 days a week at the MeetNLunch office (Must be able to work on weekends with a weekday off instead)

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, telesales, or telemarketing is a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection with a cool-headed attitude
  • Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and willingness to embrace challenges
  • Passion for helping people and creating meaningful connections
