Position: INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a passionate, proactive interior designer who experienced in luxury property design to become a part of our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work as interior consultant and give advice to both local and international clients about interior design, construction.
  • Provide and present the interior mood and tone proposal to the client in order to meet their requirements.
  • Provide 3D designs and construction drawing.
  • Conduct site surveys to check all site detail for preparing the actual construction drawing.
  • Provide BOQ, material board and material list of all architectural works and built-in furniture propose to the client.
  • Report daily progress and examine an accuracy construction & furniture installation to Head of Design in order to make sure that the ongoing works are following the approved construction drawing.
  • Coordinate and oversee end to end process with contractors for production, installation, construction processes to ensure they are consistent with the approved construction drawing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Resolve any issues along the construction procesesses with contractors and suppliers during project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Good command in English required for listening, speaking, reading, and writing (*Important*).
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, or other relevant design software.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client's requirements in order to develop the design.
  • At least 4 years of experience in interior design, 3D rendering, and construction & furniture drawings.
  • Has strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, fittings and equipment used in furniture design and installation.
  • Passionate to create an interior design work and deliver them as completed projects with functional and high quality.
  • Good communication skill and coordination, proactive and agile individual with strong problem-solving skills.
