Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Implement and maintain QMS aligned with
    ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
    .
  • Lead audits, management reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure quality documentation, procedures, and standards are up to date.

Product & Process Quality

  • Develop and monitor quality control plans across production stages.
  • Utilize tools such as
    FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA
    for process optimization.
  • Support NPD teams to integrate quality into product and process design.

Supplier Quality Management

  • Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier performance.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues through
    CAPA
    and continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer Quality

  • Lead investigation and closure of customer complaints.
  • Analyze returns, warranty issues, and quality trends to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams.

Team Leadership & Improvement

  • Lead and develop quality engineers, inspectors, and QMS specialists.
  • Promote a strong quality-driven culture across the site.
  • Drive
    Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
    initiatives to reduce defects and waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
  • 7–10 years
    of quality experience with
    3–5 years in leadership
    (manufacturing/automotive/regulated industry preferred).
  • Strong experience with
    ISO standards, QMS implementation, audits
    , and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D) and systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
