QA Engineer – Thailand

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that all products meet safety, durability, and quality standards before reaching customers.

The role focuses on testing materials, production processes, and finished goods to make sure they comply with internal standards as well as international regulations (e.g., food safety, durability, ISO standards).

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of online advertising platforms, applications, and tools.
  • Safeguard data integrity, ad delivery accuracy, and campaign performance tracking through rigorous testing.
  • Design and implement automated and manual testing strategies to support rapid development cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations) to maintain high standards of product quality.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance, Testing and Defect Management

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for online ad platforms (including web, mobile, and API-based systems).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

  • Validate ad-serving workflows, impression/click tracking, billing accuracy, and audience targeting logic.

  • Identify, document, and track defects (or other defect tracking tools) and root cause analysis.

Process Improvement & Leadership

  • Mentor junior in team, reviewing test strategies and automation scripts.
  • Define QA standards, metrics, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure testing covers privacy, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, data protection in ad tracking). And Monitor risks in ad-serving reliability, latency, and scalability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant quality assurance experience

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge in refrigerator, cold room, hot cabinet, foodservice/heavy equipment / products/system
  • Strong background on Quality Assurance system
  • Result-oriented with the mindset to get things done
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and
