About the role

Join Cobra International Co., Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Engineer (up to Sr. level) in Chonburi. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the company's continuous improvement and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance procedures and protocols
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues
  3. Analyse data, identify trends, and propose corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and production efficiency
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Maintain detailed quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  6. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement new quality assurance techniques as needed
  8. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and conduct internal and external audits.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in the manufacturing or transportation industries
  2. Proficient knowledge of quality management principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to drive continuous improvement
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations applicable to the industry
  7. Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  8. Must be able to have English skill.

About us

Working Condition: 6 Days per week (Monday - Saturday.), start from 08.00 AM PM.

Office working: 5 Days per week (Monday - Friday.), start from 08.00 AM PM.
