Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for pre-sales consultation of projects, including project analysis, technical communication and solution design;
  • Manage end-to-end pre-sales technical support to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Industry analysis and competition analysis;
  • According to company's strategy, conduct potential need analysis and produce innovative industry solution.
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work is best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Respond to RFI/RFPs and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to share client feedback and stay updated on market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunication, or computer science-related;
  • At least 2 years' presales experience in CCTV/enterprise network-related industry, have experience in leading large projects;
  • Good communication skills and sense of customer focus
  • Fluent in English.

Work Time: Mon - Fri
