Job Description :

  • Study of new model requirement and provide necessary information to customer for their smooth preparation of KD production line.
  • Study method & equipment preparation and provide explanation for special operations
  • Provide technical information and give consultant about Jig and sample part required
  • Provide technical assistance and support solving problem occurs during customer
  • Co-operate and support warehouse & factory for KD parts arrival check and Final inspection of local assembly.
  • Prepare, adjust and control project schedule such as KD production line preparation, Business matters, Logistic issues and Document issues
  • Co-ordinate and manage packing & production schedule between customer warehouse & factory to keep project run on schedule.
  • Arrange KD logistic operations and issue necessary document to proceed with related parties for improve packing condition in term of QCD (Quality/Cost/Delivery)
  • Arrange KD parts supply condition and breakdown condition change as per concerned and issue necessary document
  • Manage KD engineering document to support Assembly and Localization issues such as vehicle specification, Product drawing, Jig drawing and Assembly manual.
  • Summary problem, co-ordinate and follow up related parties to support customer solve problem from Assembly, Quality issue and Part supply condition.
  • Investigate and respond to all technical inquiries raised from Sales, customer, etc.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Welcome new graduates, if you have internship experience in Automotive will be an advantage.
  • Good Knowledge in Vehicle knock down part (KD)
  • Fluently both spoken and written in English.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers different countries and cultures
  • Ability to work with under pressure and deadlines
  • Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership qualification
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
