Position Overview:

The Sales Support role provides administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth internal and client-facing processes, timely preparation of sales materials, and efficient communication to help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with internal departments (CM, OM, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.) to support sales operations.

· Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documentation.

· Manage and update the customer database, track leads, and support reporting.

· Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, client visits, and events.

· Handle sales inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.

· Prepare and maintain sales kits, brochures, and promotional materials.

· Follow up on contracts, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.

· Monitor sales activities and assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.

· Support After Sales/CRM tools and lead generation platforms as required.

· Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in any field.

· –3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles.

· Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.

· Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
