Reporting to the Corporate Area Sales Operation Manager for Travel Retail Thailand, you will be in charged of growing the business for the Makeup category cluster in the travel retail environment in Thailand.
You will lead a team of Airport Coordinators / Supervisors to develop a highly motivated and driven sales force at the field to achieve sales targets and delivers excellent consumer experience at every retail touchpoint to support the business as it evolves into an even more consumer-centric organization.
· Develop and execute 360 retail sales plan brands in the category for Travel Retail Thailand market.
· Prepare Promotion plans, target setting/achievement, team sales performance/contribution, incentive planning and review with Manager.
· Plan, implement and monitor incentive programs for Beauty Advisors (BA) and generic staff (GS) where necessary.
· Coordinate and execute all promotions, launches and special events, monitor progress and analyze final results.
· Support trade marketing calendar for brands under category in collaboration with Brand Marketing Teams.
· Ensure retail operations and counter executions achieve brands' expectations, set up processes and guidelines as per brand standards consistently across all retail touchpoints.
· Ensure efficient management of daily counter operations and upkeep.
· Ensure planogram, visuals, tools and value communication are in line with brand guidelines.
· Execution of heroes, newness, promotions, and in-store programs setup in store in collaboration with cross functional teams like marketing, VM, PM/SD etc.
· Be a key player in HPP/SPP/special events/retailer exclusive planning and execution
· Inspire, grow and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and team sales target, through counter coaching, modelling selling skills and strengthening product knowledge.
· Identify and grow talents in the team: Airport Coordinators (APC), Counter managers, senior BAs
· Development and close partnership with APC for excellence in floor execution.
· Nurture 'Challenger spirit' and lead by example with strong on-the-floor presence.
· Plan, implement and monitor incentive programs for Beauty Advisors and generic staff where necessary.
· Collaboration with respective Brand Education Team on BA developmental needs, GS trainings and team engagement and motivation.
· Lead and implement coaching plans for field team to meet and exceed targets and service standards.
· Strong support on education initiatives such as social selling activities and digital engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing , Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or store management, preferably in Travel Retail or beauty industry.
- Experienced managing and coaching field teams across multiple locations.
- Proven retail sales track record
- Good organization skills
- Good understanding of the Thai retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Passion for beauty and luxury brands.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
