Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Transformation Assistant Manager located in Samut Prakan, Thailand. The Lean Transformation Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency and eliminate waste. Key responsibilities include analyzing current operations, identifying areas for process improvement, coordinating with different departments to implement changes, monitoring progress, and ensuring the sustainability of lean methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus
