Sr Supervisor

This position will lead and oversee a group of Production Supervisors and their teams on the shop floor to ensure production targets are met according to the master build plan. The role focuses on managing resources, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this position will champion continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

•    Supervise and provide guidance to Production Supervisors, ensuring they effectively manage their teams and meet performance objectives.

•    Coordinate production activities across multiple lines or areas to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.

•    Monitor and analyze production metrics (OEE, productivity, cost, quality) and implement corrective actions.

•    Drive Lean and continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.

•    Act as a key communication link between upper management and Supervisors, ensuring clear direction and feedback loops.

•    Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics for decision-making and performance improvement.

•    Develop and mentor Supervisors to build leadership capability and succession readiness.

•    Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, and company policies.

•    Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, tooling, and space, for maximum efficiency.

•    Lead troubleshooting and preventive/corrective actions for production issues.

•    Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in managing multiple teams or leaders.

•    Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.

•    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.

•    Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a plus).

•    Strong communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 600 is a plus).

•    Ability to work on shift and manage cross-functional coordination.

•    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.

•    Extensive experience in manufacturing operations with proven leadership in managing supervisors or team leaders.

•    Knowledge in Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and digital tools.

•    Familiarity with safety standards and quality systems.
