The Supply Chain Analytics & Digital Transformation Coordinator is a hands-on leader responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions within our supply chain operations. This role is perfect for a process-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency and technology.
You will embed yourself within our supply chain teams, applying a Lean methodology to understand their daily challenges and repetitive tasks. Your primary mission is to eliminate manual, low-value work by building and deploying powerful automations using RPA and AI-driven workflow tools (like N8N, Power Automate, etc.). You will be a builder, a problem-solver, and a crucial bridge between operational teams and our core technology systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role, with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Hands-on experience building automations with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and/or low-code/no-code workflow tools (N8N, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Lean principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, Waste Reduction) and a demonstrated ability to apply them in a practical setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. You can break down a complex process into its core components.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical team members and present ideas clearly.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are driven to find solutions independently.
- Familiarity with the core processes and data structures of modern ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with N8N is a significant plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation.
- Project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Discovery & Lean Analysis:
Collaborate directly with supply chain team members (procurement, logistics, planning, warehouse operations) to identify and map repetitive, manual, and time-consuming tasks.
- Apply Lean principles to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint high-impact opportunities for automation.
Automation Development & Implementation:
Design, develop, and deploy robust automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms and low-code/no-code workflow tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, UiPath).
- Prioritize opportunities based on a clear ROI, focusing first on the tasks that will deliver the most significant time savings and error reduction.
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of automation projects from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
System Integration & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between the supply chain department and the ERP development team to specify requirements for API integrations and deeper system enhancements.
- Translate operational needs into clear technical specifications for developers when an automation requires backend changes to our ERP.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented automations (e.g., hours saved, errors reduced, process speed).
- Monitor the performance of automated workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously seek opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Change Management & Training:
Champion a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
- Train team members on how to interact with new automated processes and effectively communicate the value and benefits of your solutions.
