About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at HLG in Bangkok to drive business growth for our investment immigration and cross-border advisory services. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets. This is a full-time position based in our dynamic office in Bangkok working closely with international team.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and referral partners
- Advise clients on suitable investment immigration and legal solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with legal and marketing teams on client matters and promotional activities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working toward measurable KPIs
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple prospects and cases simultaneously
- Fluent in Thai and English; additional languages are an advantage
