Responsibilities :
  • Control manufacturing process for sterile product to comply with product specifications and execute production plan.
  • Train and coach both line leaders and operators to follow strict GMP and improve their skills.
  • Provide related documents for production; deviation report, complaint report, BPR, SOP, Wl, investigation report or etc..
  • Ensure completeness of validation and qualification of equipment and machine.
  • Monitor, provide time and cooperate on implementation of maintenance and calibration of equipment and machine.
  • Provide safety equipment and process to address EHS aspect.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing in sterile product.
  • Leadership and coaching skill.
  • Good analytical and problem solving.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP.
