QA Pharmacist

Responsibility:

• Review manufacturing process, packing process, analystical test results and related document to ensure the quality of product before released poduct for sale according to delivery plan.
• Request for NC report/Deviation Report from Production when found any step deviate from normal process.
• Handle process validation.
• Impact assessment change control and follow up.
• Handle master document from clients and product master file.
• Inspection manufacturing / Packing process in production line and visual inspection sterile product.
• Handle product complaint.
• Handle mock recall/ recall report.
• Prepare periodic review process validation of each product.

Qualifications:

• Becherlor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
• Good command in English.
• Possesses trong computer skills,particularly in microsoft word and excel.
• Good human relations, Communicative and Details.
• Convincing and Persuasive abilities.
• Accurate, Good attitude and cooperative ability.
