Job Description

The MarketingSpecialist willwork with the Country Brand Manager/Lead ensuring excellent execution and adequate follow-up on the following items:

·       Support in brand plan development and execution

·       Develop promotional materials (branded and unbranded) based on applicable reference for MOH submission and follow up the submission process

·       Tracking field force situation (include sales, tender, customer insights, updated information from guidelines/ hospitals/ KOLs, …) and enhance cross-functional conversation to resolve problems/ improve product performance

·       Establish relationship with KOLs to understand customer insights, find unmet medical needs and communicate topics/ content for their presentations in Pfizer activities

·       Innovative thinking and propose for brand strategies and action plan

Person Specification

·       Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Pharmacist University degree discipline

·       At least 1-2 years experience working in Pharmaceutical company

·       Fluency in spoken and written English

·       Familiarity with Microsoft Office

·       Presentable with a positive attitude and pleasant personality

·       Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectives

·       Creative thinking, planning and execution of multiple tasks, projects

·       Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility to progress to other key roles

·       Creative and digital marketing experience

·       Strategic thinking and planning skill

·       Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external customer.

·       Customer knowledge and networking.

·       Problem solving skill.

·       Ability to generate actionable market, customer, & competitor insights

·       Demonstrated ability to build valuable customer relationships

·       Demonstrated ability to effectively execute business plans

·       Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships that are aligned with business goals.
