Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Specialist to oversee the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and system implementation, combined with the ability to support HR and business users effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS systems.
  • Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries and reports to support HR analytics and operations.
  • Provide end-to-end user support, including troubleshooting, training, and system guidance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business processes.
  • Manage vendors and coordinate with external providers for system upgrades or new module rollouts.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
  • Prepare and present HRIS reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management, HR technology, or HR systems support.
  • Proficiency in SQL query writing and database management.
  • Proven experience in system implementation and user support.
  • Good understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Time Attendance, Talent, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR systems such as PeoplePlus, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, SunFish, or other HR software.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Project management experience (Agile, PMI, or similar).
