Job specification

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in accounts receivable , with at least 5 years in managerial level.
  • Strong professional experience in collection management and project improvement.
  • Strong Team Management with experience managing big team.
  • Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverable.
  • Logical, analytical, data driven mindset , detail oriented and Resilience mindset .
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and fast changing environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Oracle, proactiveness in exploring the functionalities of  ERP systems and attitude to innovate.
  • Able to communicate in English both verbal and written

Job Responsibility

  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounts receivable team, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Billing and Collections: Oversee the billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out promptly. Manage collections to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Cash Application: Ensure proper and timely application of collection from customer accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance, aging reports, and collection metrics to senior management including improve cash flow visibility and management.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to accounts receivable to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Customer Relations: Develop strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections and resolve disputes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • System Management: Manage accounts receivable systems and processes, including implementation of software tools that enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Analysis: Conduct regular analyses of accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adhoc project as assigned.
