ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This Senior Accountant role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, strong internal controls, and reliable financial reporting. You will handle cycle counts, physical counts, audits, SOP improvements, fixed asset management, reimbursement checks, and month-end closing under US GAAP and local GAAP. You will be reporting to the Accounting Manager, Thailand and will be based in Bang Na.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

● Keep inventory records accurate and correct value by doing cycle counts, physical counts, and audits. Fix discrepancies and improve efficiency.

● Monitor inventory levels and make sure corrective actions are taken when needed.

● Maintain and improve internal controls to protect company assets, ensure reporting accuracy, and support audits.

● Review SOPs, find inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.

● Handle balance sheet reviews, capex reviews, fixed asset master list, and physical asset counts.

● Check employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance.

● Prepare accurate financial reports for tax, compliance, and company policy.

● Support month-end closing for both US GAAP and local GAAP.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

● At least 7 years of experience in internal control, audits, or industrial controlling (manufacturing background preferred).

● Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.

● Valid driving license and own car (for site visits in Bang Na and occasionally Rayong).

● Team player who supports others, shares knowledge, and contributes ideas for improvement.

● Proactive, eager to learn, with strong analytical skills.

● Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours when needed.

● Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
