About the role

As a Brand Manager at Heritage Snacks & Food Co., Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of our renowned line of snack products. This full-time position is based in the Sathorn district of Bangkok, where you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our brand portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement
  2. Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, promotional content, and packaging designs
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure brand alignment and consistency
  4. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  5. Monitor and report on brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  6. Identify and capitalise on new brand development opportunities to drive long-term growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies
  3. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
