Responsibility

  1. Develop and conceptualize marketing event ideas such as new product launches, product sampling booths, roadshows, and brand awareness activities that align with marketing strategies and brand identity.
  2. Manage end-to-end event projects, from concept development, budget planning, supplier sourcing, and operational control to post-event evaluation, ensuring projects meet objectives.
  3. Create and manage event plans (Timeline / Action Plan) to ensure efficient execution and adherence to deadlines.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, such as brand, product development, sales, and marketing communications, to ensure consistency in approach, objectives, and messaging.
  5. Manage and negotiate with agencies, suppliers, and venues to deliver high-quality results, control costs, and maintain brand standards.
  6. Oversee on-site operations, including booth setup, venue decoration, team and staff management, to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for attendees.
  7. Collect field data, customer feedback, and sales results to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of events.
  8. Prepare post-event reports, analyze Event ROI, and propose strategic improvements to enhance future performance.
  9. Stay updated on event trends, AI technologies, and new approaches to apply innovative ideas for creating brand experiences and improving event quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing events, product launches, sampling booths, or roadshows.

    (Experience in agencies or FMCG/consumer brands will be considered a plus.)
  • Expertise in planning and managing events of various scales.
  • Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and coordination with agencies and media.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in customer experience principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and provide strategic recommendations for event improvement.
  • Proficient in English and basic computer applications.
