Sales Manager will lead the sales team to drive sales for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This role involves strategic planning, managing customer relationships (CRM), market analysis, and team development. The Manager will collaborate with the Marketing and After-Sales Service teams to maintain the high standards of Thanaburi Phanich Company and the Mercedes-Benz brand, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager must ensure all processes comply with company and Mercedes-Benz standards and regulations, manage showroom facilities, and efficiently utilize Mercedes-Benz information systems.

Responsibilities:

1.Product Development and Vehicle Sales

  • Develop sales strategies for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, focusing on increasing sales volume and market expansion.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding Mercedes-Benz vehicle specifications and features.
  • Suggest appropriate usage and maintenance methods for Mercedes-Benz vehicles to meet customer needs.

2.Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead the sales team by providing guidance and skills development to help the team achieve sales targets and present products effectively.
  • Set performance standards, provide assistance, and give advice to improve work efficiency.
  • Support the team in understanding and committing to sales goals and innovations related to Mercedes-Benz vehicle products.
  • Foster a culture focused on excellence and quality customer service.

3.Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize specified information systems and tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring close follow-up and quality after-sales service.
  • Analyze CRM data to understand customer needs and optimize sales effectiveness.

4.Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct research and analyze the automotive market, including emerging trends, to create sales strategies that meet customer demands.
  • Analyze product sales data to refine strategies and develop sales direction in alignment with market changes.
  • Develop sales strategies based on market insights, adapting them to seasonal changes and customer needs.
  • Present data and strategic concepts to the sales team and management.

5.Brand Representation

  • Represent Thonburi Phanich and the Mercedes-Benz brand, ensuring the sales team maintains the brand's image and values.
  • Oversee the showroom and customer service areas to comply with Mercedes-Benz standards for product presentation and service.
  • Participate in promotional events and trade shows related to the automotive market to increase visibility and customer engagement.

6.Mercedes-Benz Dealership Standards Compliance

  • Ensure that showroom operations and sales processes comply with Mercedes-Benz regulations and standards.
  • Manage and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by focusing on excellent service that meets customer needs.
  • Strictly follow Mercedes-Benz sales procedures and support the sales team in understanding and effectively implementing them.

Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a sales team , specifically within the automotive or luxury goods industry.
  • Between 35 and 50 years old.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. Excellent CRM skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good market trend analysis skills and the ability to adapt sales strategies. Strong data analysis skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry, especially the luxury segment. Ability to act as an ambassador for Thonburi Phanich and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment. High ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction.
